Four parcels of land situated in the Town of Cheshire, Connecticut as shown on a survey entitled, MAP SHOWING CURRIER WOODS PROPERTY OF RAVENSWOOD PROPERTIES, INC. CHESHIRE-WATERBURY RD, PERCIVAL DRIVE DR, MARION ROAD, & JARVIS ST.-CHESHIRE, CONN. SCALE NOV 25, 1970. ADD. APRIL 8, 1971. REV. JULY 5, 1973 REV. NOVEMBER 15, 1974 which survey was filed in the office of the Town Clerk of Cheshire, Connecticut on December 16, 1974, and which is currently on file in the Cheshire Land Records in File 2062, together with the following exhibits:
